There aren't many places, particularly in Western culture, where the full range of our experience is given the space and acceptance to be felt, expressed, and held. I consider it an incredible honour to offer this sacred healing space to you, a space to be authentically you, an opportunity to discover more about yourself and how you relate to the world around you.
Indeed there is a profound aliveness in the moments when we allow ourselves to break open and be seen. It's brave and courageous work to walk these edges, to enter the landscapes where our shame, our fears, and our shadows reside. Tremendous healing can happen when we are held and accepted, as we are.
